What happens when a poorly written law to stop lead based toys from China becomes so expensive to implement that it raises toy prices and causes small and/or local organic toy companies to pull out or go out of business…..
….well you know what they say; a conservative is a leftist that got mugged and this feel good, Gore/Obama voting, “there oughta be a law” type just discovered her inner libertarian when the unintended consequence of big government mugged her pocketbook.
