The Year of the Black Republican: Tim Scott Beats Strom Thurmond’s Son for South Carolina Congress Seat.
Posted by iusbvision on June 23, 2010
Tim Scott beat Paul Thurmond with an overwhelming 69% of the vote in the South Carolina primary. Scott was endorsed by former Alaska Governor Sarah Palin and former Arkansas Governor Mike Huckabee.
The elite media has called this the year of the Republican Woman. In reality the narrative is a bit different and one they do not want to go near… You can tell that they do not want to go near it because the elite media narrative was that Scott would be the first (read only) black Republican in Congress since J.C. Watts… what a crock. Well there are a LOT more names they left off that list.
Examples of the bogus elite media narrative:
Scott Could Become First Black Republican Congressman Since Watts
Check this from an “unbiased” reporter from the Washington Post:
The flip side of that upbeat assessment is the reality that the GOP is still not the party of choice for minorities, despite years of effort and outreach. Scott, should he win in November, would become the first black Republican member of Congress since 2003, when Oklahoman J.C. Watts retired.
The rest of the elite media pounced on this bogus narrative – LINK.
THIS IS THE YEAR OF THE REPUBLICAN OF COLOR
Tim Scott, William Randall (North Carolina), Stephen Broden (Texas), … in fact let me stop right there because there are so many that we have to use a chart…

And by the way, take a look at Allen West in action. The Democrats are scared to death of this guy, and they are right to fear him as he has “President” written all over him.
But Wait – There’s More! Nikki Haley just won her primary in South Carolina and she is from India, as well as GOP rising star, the superb Governor of Louisiana, Bobby Jindal.
[Editor's Note - Like was used against Sarah Palin, every kind of vile, sexist, ethnic, religious, and sexual attack was used against Nikki Haley and she won overwhelmingly]
Oh by the way, shall we talk about other Republican minorities that have won their primaries such as Marco Rubio?

Milton Gordon is NOT a republican. You need to correct your listing. That man is trying to run on the black republican wave.
