Profiles in Unrestrained Progressivism: Detroit

See your utopia in action.

Progressives are always touting all the things that they do for minorities. Well lets see, they keep those in the inner city trapped in failing and unsafe schools, they chase away wealth which makes for bad infrastructure and poor opportunities for employment and as the entire situation breaks down crime starts to run rampant.

One of these days the people of the inner city are going to have had enough and either revolt or start voting for someone else. Look at the places where the left has unrestrained power, look at what is happening to those places economically and culturally. It is very sad.

You see this is the result of progressivism. There are biological progressive socialists like David Duke, who want to redistribute power and wealth according to his own biological and societal engineering standards. There are class warfare socialists like Van Jones and the President who want to redistribute wealth and engineer society in a way they wish. What they don’t tell you is that while both of them do this in the name of “freedom” or “culture” or “diversity”; in order to achieve their goals it always requires a leviathan state with themselves in control over you as the individual.

Their “freedom” isn’t freedom at all, it is tyranny with a smiley face. The only politician who says freedom and means it is the one who tries to get government out of your way and off of your back, doesn’t bankrupt you and doesn’t take half of your money. Economic power is real power and weather it is David Duke, Van Jones or the President, they seek  to strip someone of their private property and economic power and empower themselves in the process.
